We may occasionally accept select projects in Washington, DC and Maryland depending on project scope and availability.
3. Estimates & Project Scope
All estimates provided through consultations or website inquiries are:
- Based on initial information provided by the client
- Non-binding and subject to refinement
- Adjusted after site evaluation and full scope definition
Final pricing is confirmed only in the signed project agreement.
4. Project Agreements
All construction and remodeling services are governed by a written contract.
The agreement defines:
- Scope of work
- Project timeline
- Payment structure
- Warranty terms
In case of any discrepancy, the signed agreement always takes priority.
5. Payments
Payment terms vary depending on project scope and are clearly outlined in the project agreement.
- Initial project deposit
- Progress payments during construction
- Final payment upon completion
Work schedules and timelines depend on timely payments as agreed in the contract.
6. Changes to Work (Change Orders)
Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented and approved as a written change order before implementation.
Change orders may impact cost, timeline, and materials or design selections.
7. Permits & Compliance
We perform work in accordance with applicable building codes and local regulations.
Permits are obtained as required and as defined in the project agreement.
Clients may be required to provide approvals or documentation when needed.
8. Design & Third-Party Services
Where applicable, we may collaborate with architects, designers, and other third-party professionals.
We are not responsible for design work or specifications provided by third parties outside of our control.
9. Warranty
We provide a 1-year labor warranty on workmanship as outlined in the project agreement.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use or maintenance
- Modifications made by third parties
10. Project Timeline
We aim to complete projects in a timely manner; however, construction timelines may be influenced by factors such as:
- Weather conditions
- Material availability
- Permit and inspection timelines
- Client-requested changes or delays
Timelines are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.
11. Liability
NextDay Remodeling is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services.
Our liability is limited to the scope of work defined in the signed project agreement.

All content on this website, including text, images, and project materials, is owned by NextDay Remodeling and may not be used without permission.
