NextDay Remodeling was founded by Dima Iermolaiev, a lifelong renovator with a passion of transforming residential living spaces into one of a kind renovation projects. While attending engineering school over 10 years ago,  Dima was working full time in residential construction for various custom home builders. Having graduated from college, Dima went on pursuing his engineering career in commercial construction but soon realized that his passion was in residential construction. Soon after he opened NextDay Remodeling  (fully licensed and insured company) with one goal in mind - to be industry leading construction company providing fully diversified residential construction services in Northern Virginia area.

We are a small, yet very diverse and experienced remodeling company where its owner is a main point of contact in all field activities.  Dima personally oversees all remodeling projects to ensure that quality control is met and all projects are completed according to local building codes and clients expectations.
