Structural Foundation & Expansion
The project began by doubling the home’s footprint. We dismantled the rear exterior wall down to the footings to make way for the new three-story structure. This required extensive excavation and the pouring of a new reinforced foundation to support the expanded lower level and the two floors built above it.
To ensure the new space was safe and functional, we installed:
- Complete Infrastructure: New main sewer lines, water supply, and a dedicated drainage system.
- Safety & Light: Custom-cut egress windows and a full walkout basement entrance.

The Finishing Phase
